Brad Tornberg has provided marketing services to clients for over 30 years. His unique and broad experience allows him to oversee the entire management of a client’s marketing and technology environment and, in some cases, evaluate the entire organizational management of the business. Utilizing business process improvement, Brad strives to solve the business issues first and then apply technology to help solve them. His role mandates strong interpersonal skills, technical skills and management skills. His responsibilities can also include the outsourcing of marketing, restructuring of employee roles, responsibilities and rates, as well as the acquisition of new employees to fill key managerial and technical roles in Sales & Marketing.

In his role as Principal Consultant with E3 Consulting, Brad provides consulting, strategy development, project planning and management, business process and work flow evaluation, along with computer systems and software implementation to clients. He guides and inspires his clients to meet their goals. He is a popular consultant and speaker throughout the Delaware Valley where he has helped hundreds of businesses grow their profits by decreasing costs and increasing revenue.

Prior to joining E3 Consulting, Brad was the Vice President and Technology Practice Director for BDO Seidman, LLP, where he was responsible for the startup and business development and marketing of the Information Technology Division in the Delaware Valley Region. Brad’s practice areas included healthcare, distribution, manufacturing, data warehousing, internet strategy, and E-commerce.

Brad is a 1985 graduate of Farleigh Dickinson University with a Masters of Business Administration Degree in Economics and Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance. During his time at Farleigh Dickinson, Brad was a member of several very prestigious national and university honor societies. Brad continued his education at LaSalle University in Philadelphia where he earned his E-commerce certification through a fellowship program in 2001.

Brad also holds certifications in Programming from the Chubb Institute and AT&T, Great Plains Dynamics Instructor Certification, and was the first worldwide Exact/Macola Software Certified consultant in Manufacturing & Distribution. He is a Master Duct Tape Marketing Consultant, helping businesses grow by implementing marketing strategies and solutions to improve inbound lead generation. He also has his Microsoft Certification in the Customer Relationship Management Software series.

Brad has been featured on radio and television, speaking about Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing systems. He just recently wrote and published a book titled “The Business Fitness Revolution”, which evaluates both the Physical and Mental well-being of the C level executive or business owner as well as the overall health and wellness of the business and helps identify the things that keep it from performing at optimal business health.
